"I had wanted to start a fitness program and my friend, Tanya, came to my work to recruit people to go to Jaime's Bootcamp. I decided to join and I'm SO GLAD I did! Just Do It! Bootcamp - Mission Complete!
WOW! 6 weeks flew by and I can't tell you how proud I am of my bootcampers! They all started at different levels of fitness and each one of these amazing ladies made unbelievable progress in such a short period of time.
We ran a 1.3km run to start off every bootcamp - 2 of my girls couldn't run the complete 1.3km in the beginning, but by the end they sure could....and in under 8 mins! A few started around 7min and 3osecs and by the end they could do it in under 7mins!
We did the standard bootcamp squats and lunges in the beginning, and by the end we were doing double squats and double lunges.
We started off doing 1 sprint of the soccer field and ended doing 4 sprints, TWICE!
One of my bootcampers lost 22lbs while doing bootcamp and cleaning up her diet!!!!
Another lost 6lbs after not being physically active for 10 years!
I had a mom of a 5 month old come out and push herself back into being physically active. She has gone and signed up for the Kickboxing Camp now running in Aeroflex!
I had a fabulous lady book some sessions with me in the coming weeks in order to spice up her program to keep her coming to the gym in the cold winter months!
I am so proud of each and everyone of you ladies - you have no idea! I can't wait to see how far I can push you in the Spring!!!

11 Weeks and counting!
The Fall Fitness Challenge has started with a bang and already one week has passed, only 11 to go!
I have 5 courageous ladies taking on the challenge. They have all vowed to put their time in at the gym and outside of it. Each one of these ladies is willing to do whatever I request (right, ladies?) to see how far they can push themselves, both mentally and physically.
This challenge isn't all about weight loss. This challenge is about lifestyle changes. All of these ladies would like to lose weight, but that's one of their goals - one wants to gain upper body strength, one wants to learn how to eat properly and one lady has never step foot into a weight room before so she wants to learn how to train her body and take care of it properly. Each one has different goals and milestones to accomplish in the next 11 weeks.
I am extremely proud of these ladies. They are all stepping out of their comfort zone and changing their lives for the better!

Fall Fitness Challenge
I have 3 ladies who have their engines ready to take off into the Fall Fitness Challenge. I am hoping 2 more join us for this exciting journey! The Challenge begins September 24th. The winner is determined by not only how much weight or inches they lost, but also how regualr physcial activity has changed their lives.
These ladies are going to work their buns off over the next 12 weeks. I am going to push them harder than they have ever been pushed physically....and they are ready for me to do it!
I am hoping to post updates, if they allow I will post pictures and their comments so they can light a fire for you as well.

Just Do It!
Just Do It! Bootcamp will begin September 24th. It will run every Monday and Wednesday evening from 6pm to 7pm thru October 31st.
I figured "Just Do It" was an appropriate name - may just become my new modo....hopefully Nike doesn't mind if I borrow it. Response from members of my gym tells me they like it too!
It costs $199 plus GST for members and $259 plus GST for non-members. This is a fantastic way to get your neighbor, who has been putting off getting fit to Just Do it, with you!
